Michael Snyder: Owner & Founder
I began my telecommunications experience as an entry level technician for a 40+ Million dollar telecommunications company in 1997. I worked my way up the ladder to become the regional manager for the Carolinas and the Southern Ga area. During the buyout process of the company, I realized that the path the new company was taking was one that I couldn't, as I wanted to honor my commitment to my customers in my area for the customer service that I promised. I started Total Business Communications, Inc. in 2001 and today am still very much an integral part of our great success in the Carolinas and other parts of the Southeast region.

- Moved to the Dallas Forth Worth area at the age of 12
- Moved back to Louisiana to earn a degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement with a minor in Psychology at Northwestern State University
